I got diagnosed with hg pregnancy which means I make too much estrogen making me so sick I get dehydrated

I lost 7.  Cut down on coffee to 1- eight ounce cup and eliminated soda except for occasionally ginger ale.

I think if anything 5 pounds and that's generous. I don't eat a whole lot because I can't stomach or keep food down. When I do eat it has been unhealthy stuff but I'm just trying to eat what will stay down.
