My SHG (sonohysterogram) experience

I am doing cycle monitoring for the first time and today (day 10) of my cycle I was scheduled for an SHG. I of course read so many experiences online that others endured. I was extremely nervous and anxious about it and dreading it. I just kept telling myself labour will be much worse and think of the baby at the end.

I had my SHG just a couple hours ago and it was totally fine!!! I felt the tiniest pinch when the catheter was put in. I didn't feel the saline at all when it was being injected. I put on a pad after but the doctor said they only inject about a tablespoon. I have the smallest amount of cramping still almost how it feels when you are a little gassy.

Anyways just wanted to put a good experience out there to help others who may have been as nervous as me.
