Call my doctor??

Ok, so I have been having this bleeding for a few days now. It isn't like a normal period at all. I get stuff like this when I wipe in the afternoon and in the middle of the day, but none in the morning or at night. It's only when I wipe. It doesn't get on my underwear or anything. I haven't had a period for 6 months and have been on Metformin for almost 3 weeks now. Idk what's going on.
