Depends how I do it. I roasted a chicken tonight and used cayenne, crushed red pepper, chili, butt rub, poultry seasoning, and this yummy seasoning with lavender.

A great combination for chicken is chili powder, paprika, and garlic, mixed with olive oil 😍
I'm Italian so I put garlic on a lot of things lol
