Holidays with friends!!

Does anyone hate arranging holidays with groups of friends because you have to run every damn decision past them? I am going to Amsterdam with a group of 4 and i honestly just want to book my part and that be it! instead I have to approve flights, accomodation, everything by them :/// ugh.
