breast feeding

I am currently four months postpartum and I've been tracking my cervical position and mucus since after I had my baby and I'm pretty positive I ovulated on the 13th or 14th of September set means AF was due on the 29th and around 6 days past ovulation I had cramping and ever since I felt different I am extremely tired I can't seem to get enough sleep I'm a little dizzy I have to pee all the time. my question is any of you third time moms have ever gotten pregnant while breastfeeding and felt all of the symptoms right away with my little guy all I had was frequent urination
