Possibly pregnant? 🤔

Period was on the 6th to 10th of September, bleeding for 3 days straight 6 days after my period ended. Occasionally having cramps off and on and what not a possible pms symptoms. Now, as of today, I'm cramping again but now it's more noticeable, but not hurting that much as it would on my period. I'm spotting as well, only notice some blood if I use the bathroom and wipe, but it's typically light red, pinkish really, sometimes a little bit of red blood if I wiped, but more pink.

Could I be possibly pregnant and should I take a test?
