Need advice!

I went to go see my fiancé in texas on 9/22-9/25 and we did it like twice everyday and yes he did cum inside of me. Since Thursday I have been feeling weird. My boobs really sore, really bad cramps, nauseous all the time, body hurting a lot and really tired. The symptoms seem like I am pregnant but I took one on Friday and they both came back negative but i feel like 7 days isn’t a long time to tell if you’re pregnant or not. As well I do have the IUD liletta and my periods are irregular. I barely bleed once every two months so I wouldn’t know when to really tell but i also never put it the BC to use because when i got it in my fiancé was in training. When i went to see him it was the first time we’ve done it for 5 months. So what are my chances im actually pregnant? We both want to know because we would be really happy if I were and im really anxious to find out! So please comment your thoughts and knowledge. Thank you!
