Slimmest is just flavored skim milk. So, in theory, I guess it would work if used as a meal replacement, since it's limiting calories. I think it would be cheaper to just drink skim milk.

They work, but if you're drinking that instead of a meal, I don't think that's sustainable or healthy. Eat something that's filling and nutritious before resorting to this (again, just my opinion from my experience).
