What is this?

I am 3 days late on my period and I’ve been sick as a dog lately! I’ve been nauseous, having headaches, & my breast are pretty tender (mostly on the outside) I took 2 pregnancy test and both were BFN! I just went to the restroom bc I thought I started my period but when I looked it was just a big clear spot. Also earlier today I wiped and there was a lot of it on the tissue. Can somebody please help...
