I'm not feeling much baby movements. I can't really tell or feel. It's weird. Could it be because of my extra hanging stomach skin ?

Or is this normal due to not having a baby a while ago ? Cuz they say 2nd pregnancy, you feel more movement and earlier through pregnancy
