Are these symptoms.

So I am currently on CD 25, I am 9 days DPO according to glow.Yesterday I was super dizzy, lightheaded and had foamy vomit all day. Today I've been just fine but now I have cramps in my back and what feel like deep inside my vagina. My question is have any of you had these as symptoms of pregnancy?
