ovulation test driving me coco

hey ladies so this is my first month using the ovulation tests i test around 1pm then again at 7.40pm these are the past 3 days of testing the past two days both lines have been faint but are the same then today ( so the last two test ) this happened .... so question 1 is todays are possitive right? and questing 2 is why are my lines the same colour the control line hasnt been darker then the test theyve just been the same...
