HELP DEPO IS CAUSING CYSTIC ACNE FOR ME!

Has anyone else had this? I was on depo last year and took a break and I never experienced cystic acne. My skins been super clear till I got the shot last month on the 26th it’s getting worse everyday and it’s really noticeable.. how do I get rid of it?? Please my skins super sensitive so it’s red and you can easily spot them 😣😣 I been taking doxycycline for my pimples the past few months to keep it clear and now it won’t get rid of these cystic pimples that are big and itchy/sore
