Most likely mid cycle bleed, I get that sometimes around ovulation. It’s probably much too early in your cycle for implantation. That would generally be about 10 days after ovulation. H

I normally never got break through bleeding during my cycles but I can remember it once. This is normal my doctor told me.

my periods are very regular and I haven't been on birth control ( pills) in over 10 years never have spotted between periods so kinda concerned
