Animals with new baby

Okay so I’m having a little dilemma here. I have four animals 2 cats and 2 dogs.

Sam is the oldest dog she’s 6 and she basically does whatever she wants.

Gets on the couch, sleeps on the bed and is a bitch if I say no. ( doesn’t bite but has attitude)

My fiancé is very big on letting them sleep on the bed and couch.

Well with a new infant, I want them on the floor and no furniture.

(I feel like that’s fair)

But the problem is I’m one month away from my due date and he’s not budging. Nor training them. They don’t listen to me. Getting rid of the animals aren’t an option. But if anyone has animals, how did you deal with it with a newborn?

I just don’t want them on my furniture. I can say no, but the second I turn around, she’s on the couch or bed. I’m getting pissed.
