Help. I'm really worried and I feel dumb.

I'm in the middle if my cycle right now and I'm cramping and spotting. I have NEVER cramped or spotted in the middle of my cycle before. I'm really worried that I might be pregnant... again... for the second time this year. And this is coming right after my obgyn appointment to talk about birth control options. I got a pap smear too so I'm hoping maybe it has something to do with that... I just really feel like I need to talk to someone about my symptoms. Anyone have any uplifting insight? please and thanks. xoxo.
