Help! Not sure what's going on...

AF is due in 4 days, yesterday morning I had a couple drops of blood but nothing else until just now i wiped and there was a very small amount of pink. Yesterday I could barely eat anything, I felt like I was going to throw up, even the smell of spaghetti(I LOVE spaghetti) made me gag but I think it would be too early for adversions? My husband and I are getting ready to start ttc but have not started yet. Plus what is really weird, I'm still on my BCP and AF has NEVER come early while on the pill, its actually usually a couple days late. Has anyone else had this happen?
