it all depends on the person and how much fat they have on them. (not being mean. just being honest) My SO has tattoos all over himself. he said that his wrists hurt the most, thighs didn't hurt at all, and ankle hurt almost as bad as the wrist. I only have two, on my back and on my forearm, and neither of them hurt. (if we can be completely honest with each other, I get so horny when I'm getting a tattoo, like the smell of the ink and the quick pricks of the needle, ugh 😍😍😍)

My ankle didn’t hurt toooo bad but while he was shading and stuff my foot was like uncontrollably spazzing out and I couldn’t stop it I was so scared my tattoo was gonna be fucked up lol

I have one on my thigh which swelled the second the gun would touch my skin. It stung/burned but wasn’t unbearable. My wrist hurt bad. It stayed swollen for probably a week before it finally went down and stopped hurting. I think it all depends on the person and the artist (how heavy handed they are).

I laughed at my wrist tattoo but my thigh tattoo was pretty rough. Is on the outer part of my thigh, which "they say" hurts worse than the front and apparently the back and inside hurt the worst. 
I don't have an ankle tattoo but I have two on my heels and those didn't hurt me either. 
But I've got tattoos in other places that've hurt way worse (spine). Everyone's different though :)

I have a few tattoos and something ive learned from experience and opinions of other friends, family and tattoo artists is that the more fat/skin the better and the more veins/bone the more painful 
The one on my foot i could feel all the way up to my hip

The wrist hurts a lot, especially if you have bony wrists. I’ve heard the thigh hurts a good bit, but I’ve never had a thigh tattoo. It depends on your pain tolerance, though.

My thigh tattoo took three hours and it didn’t hurt at all. I almost fell asleep at one point. I also have a tattoo on my ankle. I had very skinny, bony ankles when I got it. It hurt like a bitch at certain points.
