Switch from Clomid to Femara

I have PCOS, and I don’t ovulate on my own. First month of Clomid, I ovulate but no BFP. This month, i didn’t ovulate. My doctor wants to try femara while I wait on my fertility specialist appointment. Anyone had success switching from Clomid to femara?
