TTC with MFI

My husband and I have been TTC for a year now. After 3 SA tests, it has been confirmed that he has a somewhat low count and little to no motility. His urologist told us there is nothing more they can do for him and that we should keep trying or look into IVF. My Dr wants to do some very expensive tests before we go forward with anything. Should I get a second opinion? We don't have a lot of money and I don't want to waste money on unnecessary testing on me. My periods are very regular (to the day) and I've never had any other problems. What would you do? Help!
