im GOING to loose weight !!
OK so I officially said forget everything I want to lose weight but I don’t know where to start. this is my first time in my life that I have ever TRIED to lose weight, before it just naturally came when I was in school running track and field so the weight just came off so easily and I had so much motivation like having a coach. but now after having a baby two months ago I really want to just get my body right!! I am 215lb and I really want to get back to at least to 160lb where I was about 3 years ago. so ladies I need some tips I know the first thing I have to do is fix my eating habits, I don’t know what to buy where to buy it and I want to start my shopping next week. What workouts to do how long you know I just wanna feel pretty again even though I know I am beautiful but I want to look in the mirror and say I’m happy about what I see. Because next summer whaooo boy I’m gonna be one hot MAMA ! Also my 21st birthday after next summer I’m so ready to start. My journey just started with me drinking nothing but water everyday October 1st ! Its TIME TO GET RIGHT !
