Should I get plan B?

I came off birth control because it was affecting my mental health so now me and my bf only use condoms. We had sex tonight and the sperm didn’t leak but it was up the inside, almost to the base of his penis, so worried it could have gone over. Do I have to take plan b?

My fertile window begins in 2 days, if that affects anything.
