help! sex and mirenas, IUDs

maybe tmi! so I got an iud, mirena, put in about 3 weeks ago and have had sex since then. I was told by my doctor that some men have felt the little cord that hangs from it, but when my SO and I had sex, he said everything felt the same. well, last night we did the deed again and he asked about how it's put in. I told him and asked him, "why?" he said he felt something scratchy and thought it might've moved. well it's probably not moved but I told him it's most likely the little cord and asked if it was uncomfortable. he said a little... 😭 no this was my worry about putting it in... maybe we just didn't use enough lube? why all of a sudden does he feel it now? does anyone else have this issue? btw I'm 9w PP as well and I have an appointment next week to see if it's moved. I'm worried and I don't want to get this thing taken out... but i also don't want my husband to be uncomfortable.
