Plan B

A stupid question

Has anybody experienced this

Can plan B make you bleed even though I could be pregnant, or would this be this my AF

what happened is my coil isn’t there and I didn’t know it was gone, me and my partner have sex regular, and me and my partner are not in a position to have children at that moment when the nurse said my coil had gone I panicked and took plan B but the nurse said that I could still be pregnant and to take a pregnancy test in three weeks time, and now I am feeling really emotional about it all, and have lots of emotions and feelings going round my head 😢
