Apple cider vinegar question while BF
Has anyone have (or did) drink apple cider vinegar while breastfeeding? My mom drinks it, and I wanted to start too but I'm still breastfeeding my 9 month old daughter.
Someone told me a few months back that it's bad to drink when breastfeeding. Is it? Or can you still drink it while BF?
