Just got back from basketball conditioning...

We had to run a lap then stretch. We had to do footwork on the ladder then sprint 10 yards (we were on the track/football field) do a few defensive slides then run another 10 yards. We had to jog it back and did that 4x. Then we ran another lap and did the same thing with definite rent footwork on the ladder. Did another lap. Did a minute of different types of jumping. Squat jumps, tuck jumps, back and forth on a line, left to right on a line, and a mixture of the mentioned. Then we did a final lap and did a few ab exercises. We were so dead but I feel tired and good about myself.
