We're new to our neighborhood. We just bought our first house. Previously we lived in a condo, and we were situated in a way that I had to see my extremely talkative neighbour daily after coming home from work Monday to Friday. It drove me nuts. I just wanted to lie down for 10 mins before my daughter got home from school. I'm 9 months pregnant now, we were crazy busy over the summer getting prepared for our September move, and I just don't care to be friends with my neighbors at this time. I always say hi to them when I see them outside, but that's as far as conversation goes, really. Is anyone else in a similar situation? Is it wrong to want to keep my family and our lives somewhat private?
