My work and doctor are not helping at all with my leave paperwork. I am wanting to take the whole 12wks fmla even though it's unpaid. My work said fine it is the law your entitled have your doctor fill out the form. My dr office has an administrative person do all fmla forms. She puts 6 wks leave medically necessary now work will not give me the other 6. I have asked my dr office to redo the paperwork and again they say i am only allowed 6 wks.

I am so confused. Fmla said you can take 12wks no one else i know has had a problem. Anyone here?
