dizzy and super lightheadedness

im 4 weeks prego and every time i stand up or move arpund i wanna pass out. the other day i fainted and i went to the hosp they didnt really help any. what could i do? i have two other kids to take care of and i work. i hate feeling like i wanna pass out every time i walk.
