CM Ovulation Cramps

So last night I was having a few mild cramps but this morning I felt wet (yes my undies were wet) so I checked to see what stage my CM was at and it was watery not able to stretch with just a slight cream.

Does this mean I ovulated already? Or I'm going to ovulate ? Help! If yes it's time to BD 😂
