depends how much they grew. mine barely grew, even when I breastfed. I have barely any sag to them. But then I have friends who went up like three sizes and now they sag quite a bit. They just compensate with cute bras. Let's be real no one expects a perfect body after kids.

Nope, mine are actually great during pregnancy, full and perky then after they are just a sad excuse of breasts😂
