is it OK if my son doesn't take milk anymore?

So my son is drinking cows milk, he's 11 months old, once we changed to cows milk he loved it! Milk was everything for him! But for the last week my boy refuses to drink milk, he prefer to drink juice or any other drink except milk, he eats normal food. He takes few sips and then he puts the bottle away, he has tiny cold, but it's going away, I thought maybe it could be the reason, but now I'm not sure.. Is it OK to stop giving him milk that soon?

it is ok, unless he is a calf.

Typically doctors don't want them on cows milk until a full year as it can upset their stomachs. But kids also go through stages of not wanting stuff they loved before. But he will need to have some kind of dairy to support healthy bone growth. Talk to pediatrician about what would be best.

Milk is baby cow fuel. Yes it has great properties in it but it’s essentially sugar water with some protein and calcium. Neat. If he drinks it, yay. If he doesn’t, yay. 
Water is important. Juice is completely unnecessary.

He may have tasted some that was a bit too sour (not saying at all you gave him bad milk). The last time I ever drank milk in my life was when I had some a few days away from expiration and it was sour. It turned me away for good (age 7ish). But he’s probably just being finicky.

you need to keep up the liquids but yes. cow breast milk is ok to stop.

My son weaned himself from formula around 10 months cause he got his first taste of milk. Still loves it to this day. He’s 100% healthy too. He hated formula and would waste a whole bottle of it. He’s now 18 months. He never had issues going to milk , it was whole milk he switched to.
