Fertility appts and billing advice

I just received a call from the billing department at my fertility specialist. I have a $1000 balance, $700 of that is on a payment plan for an unexpected surgery I had. They said technically you can't start new cycles until your balance is paid. But if I pay $200 we can continue this cycle. Should we just take a break and catch up on our balance OR keeping doing IUI's. We are unexplained infertility, did two IUI's with femera. Idk what to do. The stress of infertility on top of the financial stress is a lot. Also, right now insurance covers 80%, in the new year I will have to pay the deductible before they cover anything.
