Prebaby weight!
I'm officially at my prebaby weight!!! My LO turns 1 this month so it didn't take too long. I wouldn't say that I have my prebaby body, but I'm certainly headed in that direction. I just want all of you mommies to know it's possible to be you again!
I'm 36, first child and I wasn't super fit before (nor am I now), I've done very little besides eat sensibly and some minimal exercise while my LO napped about 3 days a week for the past 2 months. You can do it too!
