Caffeine isn't listed. But it should be low being tea. I'd google the caffeine in it so you know how much you can drink though.

I drink Arizona everyday and I don't mix it with water. I'm 30 weeks pregnant. It's better then drinking soda.

thank you ladies :-) I was chatting with my mom about this too we are trying to determine if there's caffeine in it... And I think there is a very small amount... But I am trying not to have any caffeine since this is in my first trimester and I want to do everything the right way as much as I can.
