Why won’t I lose weight?!

I eat really well but don’t lose weight! Everyday I have three smoothies, a huge salad (to get my daily greens in), and at dinner usually a dish with rice or pasta, veggies, beans and sometimes tofu. I don’t add oils in or anything! It’s usually plain.

The only time I’ll notice weight loss is if I eat raw vegan but I really don’t want to do raw veganism :/

I don’t see the issue in what I eat. I’ve talked to vegan nutritionists and I’ve been told rice and pastas are fine and that I need to carb the f up! lol, as long as I don’t add anything fatty or oily with it and I don’t. I’m just not understanding why I don’t lose weight but actually gain it in time
