Do you think i have a chance of getting full custody?

Long story short: I am separated. Spouse lives 8 hr away. the last time he has seen the baby was when the baby was 3 weeks old. My son turned one yesterday. He has not contributes financially nor has he been there to help parent. I do have about 4 screen shots of him saying he does not want any custody and wants me to have full custody they were at different times of the year of 2017. Today he messaged me saying he will be filing for divorce and he will be asking for full custody. He says I act like I have full custody because I did not send him pictures of the baby on his first bday. I have been sending him photos all yr long. He says I am keeping the baby from him and his family but he has not been around. The last time I went to his families house they kept saying how they were going to keep my baby all night when the. dad comes I kindly said he is not coming that's obvious its been a yr.
