coffee???!

Ok ladies! So how many of u are like me! Coffee Starbucks addict? I drink coffee daily! I hear it's bad if you are trying to conceive?!!please give me your thoughts on this.

This is me. It depends on the day. I try to keep it to one... but probably 2-3 days a week I've been having 2 or 3 cups a day while TTC. Only a month in so we'll see if it works 😄

I haven't heard that.... I drink SO much coffee !

The only thing I found when I looked it up is to cut back to 200 mg or less a day. There has been no conclusive evidence between coffee and fertility. So drink up in moderation.

I drank 2 cups of coffee a day. Sometimes I would drink a venti pike and that's it but I had no problem getting pregnant. I still drink a cup of coffee now that I am. Don't worry.
