4 week late with af, dull lower right cramp for a whole day
I’m reading a lot about ectopic pregnancy but I don’t think I have all symptoms because I haven’t seen any bleeding. For the past few days my digestion has been wacky- upset stomach for a few mornings. Now this lowers slight cramping has me worried, it isn’t painful.. it’s just there. If that makes sense. I would love some sisterly advice because being 4 weeks late is new for me.
