what can i do?

this is my first pregnancy sometimes I get so emotional because of all the different changes my body is going through at once and I'm wondering what can I do to make myself feel a little normal to do normal task .everyday I feel drained and tired my energy only lasts 15 mins to 20 mins and I get really tired.. I know it's normal to feel this way but it seems like I feel crappy no matter what even after I get up from a nap I'm still tired .
