Has anyone bled after sex with RH negative?

I bled a little bit and called the midwife she say because i am 10 weeks it would be ok and wouldn't need the anti D (this is my second pregnancy) but I can't stop thinking about it 😢

I'm r negative and I'm always told to go to the hospital after I bleed even after sex u need anti d

Before the placenta takes over the baby isn't producing its own blood as such, so your blood is supplying baby. Therefore as you wouldn't attack your own negative blood, before this stage ie second tri you're usually okay. 
This is my second baby also, I'm Rh neg and my partner is Rh pos. Our first born is also Rh pos and there was definitely blood exchange during birth with us (lucky for anti d). So I'm really nervous this time around and have researched heaps.

I can't put my mind at rest so i decided i'm going to a&e; and get a second opinion. Apparently i have 72hours from when the bleeding started to get the shot so i'll see what they say.
