Symptoms already?

Im only 5 weeks today but I've been super nauseous the last couple of days. Is it possible to be nauseous this early or is my mind making me have the symptoms? 🤢

I had symptoms beginning of week 3. I knew they weren't in my head because I didn't even think I was pregnant. We had been trying for 11 months at that point and I lost all hope of it happening anytime soon. Well I tested at 3w6d (a week after having consistent symptoms) and got a nice bold positive.
