wth is going on 😫

ok so last month AF was due to arrive the 21st. It was 7 days late with all BfNs. the first day very heavy and the next two not at all heavy. 5 days later I have what feels like ovulation cramping and today I wipe and see this. Wth is going on with my body 😫
