How do you use it and what do you do when it gets full? Thinking about trying it!

i started using it and Love it! the instructions of how you put it inside are in the box. it last up to 12 hours depending on your flow. it basically sits inside you and gets filled. I change it every 6 hours. I just relax, pull it out, dump the blood,  rince the cup, and reinsert
