Infected industrial piercing?

So offically a month ago I got a industrial piercing and I wash it regularly with saline like I was told. But it started to swell and form almost like a pimple around it. I was told it was infected by a doctor and took antibotics described by the doctor and it helped a bit (I still continued to clean it as told) . I was playing around with halloween wigs with friends and a strand of the wig hair wrapped around the barbel and pulled it almost out completely but it wasnt bad where I needed stitched but a lot of pus started to come out and my friend washed it out with water and when I got home I put alcohol on it and let it stay and now Idk if its still infected. I still clean it regularly but the piercer said it shouldve healed by now. but it still hurts to lay on it. Is it still infected? Any remedies? I dont want to pull out the piercing completely and have to repierce it. It hurt badly and it wasnt cheap to get done.
