Dexamethazone & Letrozol

My RE wanted us to jump into IUI with dexamethazone and letrozol. Long story short, we don’t have $1k to fork out for IUI so I asked if we could try the dex and letrozol for the rest of the year unless we can save up enough.

Has anyone else tried these two combined without hcg trigger shots and had success? The dexamethazone is for my high DEHA-S levels where my adrenals produce too much testosterone therefore really messing with my ovaries and ovulation.

I have NOT be diagnosed with PCOS.
