baby poops like an adult

My 10 month old is pooping like an Adult. I searched through here and couldn't find another post similar too this. maybe i didnt use the right key words. Anywho my girl randomly started having very hard, adult like poops. I have given her prune baby food, started yogurt again, but nothing else as of yet. Her belly isn't bloated, but she is teething so she isn't feeling too well. Can anyone suggest a good fix? With my step sister, yogurt always seemed to help so I'm kinda out of ideas!
