Fear of doctors

I’m currently at the doctors office in the little room trying very hard not to have an anxiety attack. I’m shaking and my mind is racing. Everything about this place scares me and that’s why it’s my first time going to one in 1.5 years. Does anyone else have this irrational fear? Help a girl out please 😩😪
