I've had dizzy spells during my pregnancy which I know is normal. But today I passed out in the middle of Costco. Thankfully I felt it coming on so I was able to sit myself down to minimize damage. I called my OB that I have already been planning to switch from and she was just like oh next time make sure you eat... I literally had just finished telling her I ate a pretty good roasted sandwich about 20 minutes prior. I have an appointment with a new OB on Wednesday got to add this to my list of things to discuss with him.
